All session pack purchases are final and non-refundable. Refunds, if issued, will be determined solely at the coach’s discretion and evaluated on a case-by-case basis in consideration of individual circumstances. Clients must utilize all sessions within ninety (90) days of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Extensions to this expiration period may be granted under exceptional circumstances, again at the discretion of the coach. This policy is designed to promote fair and efficient scheduling, equitable client access, and maintain the professionalism and integrity of services. The coach retains the right to interpret, amend, or waive aspects of this policy as appropriate, consistent with applicable laws and standards.
